Hamel is seeking Custodian to maintain the cleanliness of the facility, including all common areas, and performs general maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in all the common areas of the building.
• Conducts daily walkthrough of building, and grounds to report any issues.
• Ensures debris are collected around building and on grounds.
• Assists with minor repairs and maintenance such as replacing light fixtures or unclogging pipes.
• Performs daily cleaning of all areas, including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and window cleaning.
• Assists in cleaning and sanitizing all touchable surfaces.
• Maintains restroom tidiness, appearance, and supplies.
• Collects trash and recycling from all rooms from individual offices, breakroom, bathrooms, and gyms.
• Performs limited ground maintenance such as shoveling snow and spread salt in parking lot/sidewalks to prevent ice buildups.
• Performs limited ground maintenance work such as watering and mowing lawns.
• Maintains a neat and orderly janitors room; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
