*Supervision of management in assigned accounts
*Overseeing management Interviewing, hiring, training staff
*Ensuring managers and employees are efficient in all aspects of their job
*Customer satisfaction is met and exceeded in assigned accounts
*Scope of work is met in all areas of accounts
*Safety, OSHA, Policies and Procedures adherence
