We are seeking a Culinary Assistant/Dishwasher that embodies our core values of Character, Compassion, Commitment, Communication, and Consistency by providing the highest standard of care and first-class customer service.

In the role of a Culinary Assistant/Dishwasher, you will be responsible for enhancing the lives of older adults by assisting them with patience and a friendly smile. The incumbent will perform table service in a caring, professional, and timely manner.

Culinary Assistant/Dishwasher assist residents with all dining needs and set up and clean the dining room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards. Culinary Assistant/Dishwasher observes residents' responses if they require additional service and embrace teamwork and collaboration among all staff.

Rate of Pay: Starting at $13.50 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must have six months of experience working as a dishwasher in a health care environment.
• Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player
