Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a CT Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of CT scans using advanced equipment and techniques to obtain high-quality images.
• Prepare and position patients for CT scans, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
• Administer contrast media as required, adhering to established protocols and ensuring patient well-being.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any adverse reactions during the procedure.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to determine the appropriate imaging techniques and protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of procedures, patient history, and any other relevant information.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards and protocols, including radiation safety and infection control measures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, performing routine maintenance and quality control checks to ensure optimal functionality.
• Stay current with advances in CT technology and techniques through continuous education and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Computed Tomography (CT).
• State licensure or eligibility to practice as a CT Technologist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist.
• Proficiency in operating CT equipment and utilizing relevant imaging software.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and infection control practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
