Job description

We are a dental lab looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated candidate for our customer service department.

Responsibilities include -

1) Answering phone calls from customers for all queries
2) Outbound calls to customers for analysis.
3) Frequently check emails from customers and respond to them in a timely manner.
4) Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers all the time.
5) Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Candidates should have-

1) Basic knowledge in computers.
2) Good telephone skills and etiquette.
3) Good work ethic.
4) Ability to multitask and contribute in a team environment.
5) Need referrals and background check is required.
