CS Project Specialist in GAC Savannah
Unique Skills:
We are adding a new member to our who has a desire to take their knowledge of Gulfstream aircraft and CMP maintenance to a new level. We are looking for someone who will help us transform the creation of time estimates for performing CMP task level inspections (Chapter 5). These estimates will be used to help Gulfstream estimate and price customer maintenance activity. Additionally, this position will support Customer Support Sales and transformation projects to continue driving efficiencies into our processes and support consistency throughout the organization. A highly preferred candidate will have Gulfstream aircraft maintenance experience, a working knowledge of MyCMP, and a desire to help us shape the future of estimating maintenance activity. Strong communication skills, the desire to collaborate, and project management experience are all a plus.

- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality and stakeholders goals and objectives.
- Reviews, manages, proactively challenges, and controls status of projects operation of the programs and budgets .
- Manages schedules and prepare status reports.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers.
- Acts as a liaison with alliance partners and thought leaders external to the company.
- Interfaces with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Analyzes program certification schedule and performance targets/guarantee progress.
- Develops draft master schedules for new product development.
- Monitors variance analysis to schedules and budgets for all projects to ensure desired savings/revenue are achieved.
- Monitors quality, reliability and availability issues to ensure top drivers are identified and resolved.
- Supports departments Intranet Web site and newsletters to maintain Technical and Program updates. .
- Support supplier design and program reviews to insure program deliverables, schedules and budgets are met. .
- Requires a comprehensive knowledge of Aircraft Industry Production, Engineering, Quality, Completion, Material and Service Support Operations.
- Requires a detailed understanding of Program/Project Management processes and procedures and an intimate understanding of in service A/C operations.
