This is an on-call position like no other! LAKELAND MENTAL HEALTH CENTER, Fergus Falls, MN, is seeking a full-time Crisis Services Mental Health Practitioner II to provide after-hours mental health crisis services to adults and children within Otter Tail County. Schedule is Monday-Friday. The successful candidate will receive a SIGNIFICANT differential for on-call hours! No degree required! Minimum of 4000 hours supervised mental health experience - OR - Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or behavioral health field from accredited college or university plus have completed 2000 hours of supervised mental health experience. Driver’s license and proof of insurance coverage required. Great salary and benefits package including - new this year - performance-based incentives.
