Overview: In 2005, Bloom’n Gardens Landscape started with a goal: to provide high-quality landscaping and hardscaping installations and maintenance to property owners throughout the north metro Atlanta area. We offer everything from landscape bed renovations to full outdoor kitchens and comprehensive maintenance services. Our staff is of the highest caliber and ensures all projects are completed correctly, on time, and on budget. We have a pro-active approach to project management and client communications and take pride in creating and maintaining beautiful and functional outdoor spaces. Bloom’n Gardens Landscape is fully insured, has all appropriate licenses, and provides initial and ongoing training to ensure every member of our team expands their skills to deliver a quality service and exceptional customer experience.
We are currently looking for an amazing leader to join our team as a Landscape Construction Crew Member. Our ideal candidate will be a team player with remarkable communication skills and naturally motivated to accomplish their best work every day.
Role: Landscape Construction Crew Member
What you would be responsible for…
- Ensuring all installation work is performed in accordance with Bloom’n Gardens Landscape quality and safety guidelines.
- Assisting Crew Leaders in accomplishing various tasks of landscape plans, including plant layout and installation, assisting in the construction of hardscape elements such as walls and patios, and installing irrigation and lighting systems.
- Working with other crew members in accomplishing daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.

When you would be working...
- Monday through Friday – 7:00-5:30, with flexibility required due to seasonal needs, weather, and holidays.

- Starting Pay: $16-$20/per hour; compensation based on experience.
