• Review newly assigned applications for the day and their associated credit plans
• Notate plans, Upload additional creditx's to Byte and reject apps back to the MC that do not qualify
• Check and execute follow-ups on existing credit care plans for the day or applicants who have had failed contact attempts (monitored through byte tasks)
• Respond to/Field Customer calls/texts/emails for those who are currently in a credit care plan or had previous failed attempts in contacting the customer
• Put into action and facilitate new credit plans on already determined qualifying applications
• Reach out to new customers to implement plans and set follow-ups
• Collect and review documents from borrows
• Attend Daily/Weekly meetings as set by manager
• Participate in team chats
• Attend new training as assigned and stay current on compliance items

• Basic Understanding of Credit

• High School degree
• 1-2 yr financial background preferred
• Prior experience in having conversations regarding finances (IE Universal Banker, Bank CSR, Jr. LO, Jr. Processor, Etc.)

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer with multiple interruptions
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
