- Works in partnership with the Provider Operations Team and the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization to evaluate and coordinate Blue KC’s provider credentialing functions.
- Utilizes CAQH and Cactus database to maintain individual and systemwide provider files to include up to date provider information directory and operational purposes.
- Coordinates all internal committee functions to present and review provider credentials for initial and recredentialing process.
- Coordinates all provider communications following initial credentialing and recredentialing decisions.
- Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) on all credentialing and provider directory processes.
- Directs all delegated credentialing relationships and process to ensure oversight and compliance of required accreditation standards.
- Ability to develop and coordinate credentialing policy and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- HIgh school diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years' relevant work experience

- Bachelor's Degree
