We Are Hiring:
  • Department: Network Services
  • Schedule: 7:30am-4pm Monday-Friday, Remote
  • Location: Offsite

What You Will Do:
As the Credential and Enrollment Coordinatoer, you'll support activities and resolve issues related to credentialing/enrollment.
  • Send out, track return, and process practitioner applications for insurance credentialing/enrollment (and re-credentialing).
  • Conduct meetings related to credentialing (and re-credentialing) and produce required documentation to meet payer and NCQA guidelines.
  • Complete primary sourcing and prepare provider files for review, as applicable.
  • Assist in audits related to credentialing/enrollment.
  • Audit providers through the OIG (Office of Inspector General), MDCH (sanctions against provider licenses), and the Medicare Opt-Out to meet CMS guidelines. Assure that all required national and state standards are met in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide education and training to staff or third party vendors, as needed.
  • Knowledge of Health Plans.
What You Will Need:
Education:
  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences:
Additional Preferences:
  • 2 or 3 years of delegated credentialing expereince, preferred.
  • 2 or 3 years of health plan experience, preferred.
