We need someone who can start right away, working from home or in person at our studios in Hartford, CT or Austin, TX. We will provide a laptop with everything you need to succeed, and while remote you will need to have a quiet place to work, Wi-Fi, and a phone you can use to make business calls. TITLE: CREATIVE MANAGER

REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & CULTURE

FULL TIME – 40 HOURS/WEEK

IN OFFICE, REMOTE, OR HYBRID SCHEDULE

SUMMARY

We are hiring a Creative Manager who has a strong graphic design foundation. This person’s priority will always be delivering winning presentations, easy to understand digital graphics, and memorable print materials for our Client Relations and Business Development teams. Beyond that, the Creative Manager will be responsible for creating weekly, beautiful, and informative outbound email campaigns and posting on brand content to our social media channels. The best candidate will quickly learn who we are, what we do, how we’re different, and then uplevel everything they get their hands on.

Program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Measured in turnaround time and polish of your design deliverables to Client Relations and Business Development.
  • Measured in email marketing and social media consistency and engagement.
  • Bring your experience and passion to your work.
  • Move beyond given assignments and continually find and implement ways to improve the Infinity Group brand and reputation.
  • Report your progress and share updates with the team.
  • Solve problems on the fly but ask for help from your teammates when you’re stuck.

You will:

  • Research our competitors and create better marketing deliverables and a higher design aesthetic for our brand.
  • Know how to use Microsoft Office products.
  • Be super organized and meet agreed upon deadlines.
  • Speak up when proposed deadlines seem unachievable.
  • Know how to use the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Be willing to learn how to build email campaigns in Salesforce Pardot and create a weekly email update from gathered content.
  • Make design and content recommendations for our digital channels – social media, website, and Google SEM
  • When it comes to the organization’s primary social media pages - you will manage, organize, and publish content.
  • Brainstorm and write engaging copy that disrupts the marketplace and ties into our larger marketing messaging.
  • Manage and refresh the company’s brand guidelines annually.

Experience:

  • Graphic Design, Social Media, or Related Marketing Experience: 5+ years (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Physical Requirements:

  • Be able to lift samples and plan sets
  • Must be vaccinated and willing to maintain all CDC guidelines
