Pay Rates Starting between: $12.50 - $13.50 / hour (Non Sales Positions)
Sales Positions are commission based

Our Crew Members
Must put CUSTOMER SERVICE as their 1st PRIORITY
Responsible for Exceptional Customer Service skills that are dependent on area of assignment
Must be team players who work well with their team, including being engaged and displaying a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
Are treated fairly with dignity and respect
Will work in one of the General Areas of Assignment including Detail, Parts and Service, Administrative, Marketing, and/or Sales
Positions range based on skill set and include any and all duties as assigned by management

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience & Skills:
Previous Dealership experience is preferred
Ability to keep your assigned area neat, clean and ready to serve our customers
Ability to provide quality service to each guest in a courteous and efficient manner while always displaying a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
Must have good communication skills and good personal grooming habits

Availability:
Evenings, weekends and the ability to work varied hours and days based on the needs of the business.
Open availability is required

Physical Requirements:
Standing up to 8 hours during a shift
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Requires you to use the following motions: pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists. Climbing a ladder on occasion.
