Job Overview:

Apply your leadership and sales skills to meaningful shape the Front Office team and provide high level exposure of hotel in major market.

Duties:

  • Interview, hire, train, support, coach and mentor the Front Office Team
  • Solicit, negotiate and book new and repeat business through various efforts to maximize room revenue to meet or exceed hotel revenue goals.
  • Champion great service and empower your team to take care of our guests.
  • Develop and continually enhance relationships with key accounts to maintain high visiblilty and increase market share.
  • Cultivate relationships with guests to develop loyalty and maintain a high level of satisifaction.
  • Applying problem solving skills to resolve guests and/or team issues to their satisifaction.
  • Monitor daily task to ensure that all Brand Standards are impletmented and being followed.
  • Sales lead generation and follow up.
  • Track all sales activities in sales software.
  • Negoiate and execute contracts that are fair and profitable.
  • Ensure that all propery emergency procedures are comminicated and followed, when necessary.
  • Plan for success and improvement with staff meetings, action plans and daily huddles.
  • Manage Front Office schedule to ensure proper coverage and fill in when needed.
  • Recognize and reward your team.
  • Conduct site inspections and do Comp-Set assessment.
  • Support and fill in for the General Manager when needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years hotel Front Office leadership experience and hotel Sales management experience. Radisson experience a plus.
  • Proven successful selling and negotiation skills, including prospecting.
  • Delphi knowledge is a plus.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, task management, comfortable with various forms of technology.
  • Highly movitivated, and at ease in a high-energy, service- oriented environment and be able to manage mulitple functions and priorities.
  • Available for weekend MOD shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $40,000 - $50,000 annually
