Counter Sales

Campbell Supply Co is seeking the most qualified person for the fulltime Counter Sales position in

Iowa Falls. This sales candidate needs to be an ambitious, hard-working individual who works to serve our customers. Candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work within the team framework as well as independently with little supervision in a fast paced environment. This position will be directly involved in the upfront image of CSC along with the quality, and on-time delivery of our products.

Job Responsibilities/ Expectations

• Excellent Customer Service to walk in customers
• Maintaining and growing the existing customer base
• A strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
• Strong organizations skills
• Creative problem solving
• Desire to earn salary plus commission based off of performance
• A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements
• Developing and executing a sales plan in the local territory to meet/exceed sales goals
• Delivery of Customers goods
• Daily Communication with co-workers regarding Customer and/or Sales issues
• Excellent attendance and reliability
