Maxim Healthcare Services is actively looking for a qualified CADC Counselor who would be interested in a 13 week, Full Time Contract with a Healthcare Facility in Manteno, IL. Additional details of the contract position are below:
Position Title: CADC Counselor
Location: Manteno, IL
Pay Rate (Local): $35 / hour - $36 / hour
$500 Contract Completion Bonus
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday (Maybe one weekend out of the month) Saturday OR Sunday (Then off day during the
week)
- 10:00am – 6:30pm
Duration: 13 weeks (Temp - Perm)
Requirements:
- Associates Degree or in addiction counseling, Psychology, Social work, Counseling or related field is
preferred.
- IAODAPCA Certified Alcohol and Other Drugs Counselor (CADC) required or able to obtain within
allotted time of hire date
- CPR/BLS
- COVID Vaccination
Duties:
? Develop patient treatment plans and conducts continued stay review based on research, clinical
experience, and patients’ histories - using SAMMS assessment on computer.
? Provide patient intakes (biopsychosocial assessment), treatment planning, case coordination, staffing,
aftercare planning and discharge with individual and group therapy for a full spectrum of referral
sources
? Provides direct clinical service to a full caseload, achieving a minimum of 20 billable hours weekly
? Complete and maintain accurate records or reports regarding patients’ histories and progress, services
provided, or other required information
? Assess individual’s degree of drug use by analyzing drug screening samples
