As a leader in our amazing shop, will enjoy these perk:
- Work closly with our district manager as well as other shop leaders
- Pay ranges from $50,000-$55,000
- Bonuses and additional commission available based on shop performance
- Commissions on retail, braids, updos, extensions, & add-on services
- Blowout, braid, and updo training that's paid

- Flexible schedules that are set
Enough about us, let’s talk about you! We are looking for a rockstar shop manager (must be a hairstylist) who:
- Has a preferred minimum of 2-3 year experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist (managerial or educator experience is a plus!) in the beauty industry in a hair salon, barber shop, or spa environment (but don’t let that deter you if you know this is the job for you!)
- Holds a current and valid state of Florida Cosmetology license
- Has strong organizational skills and can drive a very positive, learning and development focused culture
- Is able to communicate in the best and worst situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for all
- Has a proven track record of stellar customer service - customers love you!
- Can pivot easily with finesse in even the most difficult moments - Multi-task with ease
