ReSpa is looking for an experienced NP or PA to perform skin and body services to our high-end clients. The applicant will consult with clients to assess their concerns, make informed recommendations, explain services, assist them to select appropriate treatments, and ensure their care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

· Providing consultation to clients, to better understand areas of concern and evaluate skin and body to provide recommendation of treatments

· Maintain extensive knowledge of skin types, potential allergies, and other complications that may arise from treatments

· Preparing clients for pretreatment and post treatment skin care to maximize results

· Advising clients on skin care and recommending suitable home care regimens with products we offer.

· Provide a wide variety of facials and body services.

· Adhering to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring time schedule and time management.

· Welcoming clients in a warm, friendly manner, accompanying them to and from the treatment room, and thanking them sincerely on departure.

· Engaging and conversing with clients during sessions on topics relating to their interests.

· Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell retail products.

· Adhering to policies pertaining to chemical usage, and cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance of equipment.

· Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, treatments, products and research so you can effectively and safely advise and treat clients.

Staff will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies in the aesthetics space and work in a beautifully designed new med spa focused on restoration and rejuvenation. Training will be provided for all equipment and retail products as well as professional development assistance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Industry: 3 years (Preferred)
• RF Micro Needling: 1 year (Preferred)
