Summary
:

Assists the Facilities Manager/Physical Security Manager in the daily duties as it pertains to physical security. Will also assist in certain areas of facilities as directed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists with performance oversight for 3rd-party physical and employee security service-providers.
  • Opens department mail and email
  • Assist with department emails as it pertains to physical security facilities issues.
  • Assists with coordinating with Branch Administration for ongoing reviews of internal security controls, staff readiness/training and dual-control responsibilities.
  • Assist with reviewing invoices for security related issues to ensure they are correct and accurate.
  • Assist with maintaining incident reports and daily guard service reports for all Centers.
  • Effectively develops and maintains alliances with departments and Centers.
  • Ensures physical security equipment is inventoried and regularly maintained.
  • Complies with, and stays abreast of, all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
  • Provide, present and promote The Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


Mathematical Skills

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.


Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Excel, PPT and Project and Blue Beam Word Processing software.


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Valid California Driver’s License

Ability to work remotely throughout the Banks footprint.


Other Qualifications

Ability to travel at least 40% of the time and work weekends

Salary Range:$21.5600 To 29.1100 Hourly
