We're looking for a Corporate Associate to join our team that is an entrepreneurial business-minded attorney with 3-8 years of corporate experience in, regulation & compliance. mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general commercial contracts

Required Skills/Qualifications:
Barred in NY or NJ
Experience: 4-8 years relevant experience.
interested in working in the Gaming industry
Experience working on M&A and joint ventures
Excellent writing, communication, analytical, and legal research skills.
Must be outgoing, collegial, and collaborative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
Adept at handling high-dollar transactions, on both the buy and sell-side
Experienced with reviewing, revising and drafting principal and ancillary transaction documents
Able to take responsibility for document drafting and transaction closing
Able to act as point of contact for client communication
Able to meet transaction timelines and deliver high quality work product
