POSITION PURPOSE

The Inventory & Equipment Coordinator will help the track and manage the logistics of the tools and equipment for the Denver division and other divisions in the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITES

  • Accounting support at the Denver Office to include updating and reconciling tool and consumable inventory, including associated paperwork.
  • Enter material transfers/logs.
  • Helps with early morning and throughout the day customers.
  • Send small tools back to the manufacturer for warranty.
  • Drive vehicle to/from the yard and/or from suppliers to jobsites.
  • Helps with deliveries when needed.
  • Helps maintenance shop with paperwork.
  • Helps inventory maintenance shop consumables.
  • Reconciliation and coding of corporate credit cards.
  • Process assigned vendor invoices.
  • Clean and organize consumable room.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Models the Gallegos values and mission.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have knowledge of office administrative procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard equipment, at a level generally acquired through three years of related experience.
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, diplomacy and a positive attitude.
  • Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.
  • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization and external clients on a daily basis.

Education:

  • 3 years construction accounting experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active CO Drivers License.

Computer/Typing:

  • Must have knowledge of office administrative procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard equipment, at a level generally acquired through three years of related experience.
  • Must have knowledge and proficient use of a variety of computer software applications in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel as well preferred experience with accounting specific software

Language Ability:

  • Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English
