Léon 1909 is a countryside French & Italian restaurant located on beautiful Shelter Island.

The ideal candidate shows initiative and is a great team player.

Position:

• Line/Prep Cook

Compensation:

• $18 hourly
• Paid sick days

Other incentives:

• Staff housing close to the restaurant (rent and utilities free)
• Free parking

Schedule requirements:

• 40 hours weekly
• 5 days weekly
• 12:00pm to 10:00pm

Language requirements:

• English

Experience:

• 2 years of similar experience in a high-volume fast-casual restaurant
• Food safety knowledge
