Job description
We are a busy assisted living facility serving up delicious meals daily for 16 residents. We are in need of an experienced cook to join our energetic team.
We are looking for someone with at least two years experience cooking– who is hard-working, organized, creative, and passionate about food and customer service. You will need to be able to work in a demanding environment; but you will also need to be flexible as the schedule is mostly days, but does include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
Applicants must possess the following skills:
1. Food preparation, cooking, and plating
2. Food ordering and maintaining supplies
3. Kitchen maintenance and cleaning
4. Menu planning and record keeping
5. Adherence to food safety requirements
