Job Type: FT
Location: Auburn Manor, Chaska, MN
Employment Type: FT; alternating weeks of M-W, 5:30AM – 2:00PM & Tue-Thu, 5:30AM – 2:00PM. Every other weekend, Sat-Sun, 9:30AM – 6:00PM.
JOB OVERVIEW
Our culinary team prepares delicious and nutritional meals for our residents and feel highly valued, so can you! We are currently hiring for a cook and are looking for people who have a desire to empower resident’s lives and to be part of a five star and award winning, “Great Employers” recipient, senior community. We are proud of our amazing, long tenured staff and our goal is for them to feel inspired and thrive in an environment where they feel appreciated and can have fun. RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a cook, you will prepare and serve delicious meals for residents.
- Assist with meal service to residents as needed.
- Assist with menu planning to accommodate seasonal foods, holiday and special events as assigned.
- Cook/kitchen experience is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of food service operations is a plus.
- Entry-level training is available.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all staff and residents.
