As the Controller at HomeFirst Home Healthcare, you will report to our Chief Executive Offier and direct the financial operations of our organization to include -

• Overseeing the preparation of monthly/annual financial statements, activity reporting, financial forecasting, annual budgets and cash management
• Ensuring that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles
• Advising business units on financial operating performance improvement
• Collaborating with external auditors to provide information needed for the annual audit
• Implementing internal control of established policies and procedures, while staying abreast of federal and state regulations, and accounting standards for all financial activities
• Overseeing team members responsible for financial accounting and payroll activities

You are the “Right Person” If You Have –

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Certified Public Accountant / CPA credentials
• Five (5) plus years of accounting experience including staff oversite
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Sage Intacct accounting software
• Background in healthcare and revenue cycle
• Solid track record in generating financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, as well as market and operational results analysis
• Merger and acquisition OR Big Four accounting firm experience a plus
