Your New Role: Join this team-centered real estate and property management company as an integral part of leadership and close strategic partner of the president. As Controller and CFO, you’ll be the top accountant for the organization, with ample support from your predecessor for a smooth onboarding and transition.

Your knowledge and experience with accounting principles and familiarity with federal and state financial regulations will be key as you lead the management of all accounting functions, including property management, brokerage, and assisting the Principals in the overall corporate entity.

Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and the superb organizational capacity practices to handle multiple concurrent projects will help you greatly in this position. Additionally, your demonstrated experience in training and leading a team will drive your success.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office.
