accupac is hiring a full-time Controller to join our Harleysville, PA facility.
Controller Basic Job Functions.
The Controller will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will have direct responsibility for all accounting-related activities, including corporate accounting, managerial accounting, financial reporting, external reporting, AP, AR, treasury, tax, and insurance. The Controller will focus on timely, accurate reporting and treasury management.

Controller Basic Job Functions.
The Controller will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will have direct responsibility for all accounting-related activities, including corporate accounting, managerial accounting, financial reporting, external reporting, AP, AR, treasury, tax, and insurance. The Controller will focus on timely, accurate reporting and treasury management.
Controller Essential Functions:
- Ensure Financial Reporting to lenders and shareholders (month-end close).
- Maintain internal controls while ensuring accuracy of accounting records and policies.
- Coordinate and ensure accuracy of Daily/Weekly financial and operational KPI metric reporting to support purchasing, operations and improvement initiatives.
- Treasury Management responsibilities (cash management, working capital management and banking relationship).
- Compliance reporting (debt covenant reporting, coordinate tax reporting with CPA’s) and coordinate year-end audit.
- Capex Reporting and tracking (Including ROI’s)
- Supervise: A/R Analyst, A/P team, General Accountant, Purchasing.
Controller Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
- Possess 10 ears of experience in manufacturing, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Able to deliver reports to individuals located in various building locations.
- Able to sit for 80-90% of the workday.
- Able to hear and execute clear speech in person and over the telephone.
- Possess strong mathematical skills.
