The position titled Process Operator is responsible to observe computer monitors to ensure systems are operating properly. The Process Operators are located in a central control room monitoring several computer monitors that operate systems within the Bottle Wash Plant. Approximately 6 to 7 times per shift, the Process Operator will patrol the plant operations on foot and check on various systems to ensure they are operating properly. On occasions, they will clean filters, check on various wetting, anti-foam and detergent lines, check the sump pump, and purge clear and green hydro cyclone of waste material. One time per shift. They will pullout the waste buffer overflow drawer that is 22 inches above ground level. The operator will grasp two handles that are horizontally separated by 16 inches and apply 25.0 lbs. pull force to open the drawer. The waste material is dumped from the drawer and the drawer is pushed back into position.

What is my earning potential?

We now offer new competitive hourly rates starting at $19.39 with top pay up to $19.39. In addition, our updated enhanced shift premiums $1.00 for 12 hour night shifts.

Do you offer flexible shifts?

We do! We now offer full time 12 hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.

How will you play an important role?

• Provide instruction to control room, sorters, and inside material handler personnel
• Observe personnel performing required work tasks and identify if standard operating procedures are not being followed
• Provide fill in work for control room, sorters, and inside material handlers if needed
• Sweep stairs of all debris as needed
