About The Role

This is a full-time position reporting to the Manager, Accounting and providing support to the Manager, Accounting, Project Managers and Director, Accounting. This position will: (1) process development contracts through execution, (2) close commitments and jobs at completion; and (3) provide back-up when other department employees are out of office.

What You Will Do

  • Process development contracts and related change orders.

  • Prepare and maintain Master Service Agreements.

  • Ensure development jobs have required approved budgets.

  • Close contracts for archiving, to include auditing contract transactions in JD Edwards, auditing contract file documents for completeness and updating JD Edwards.

  • Assist in fulfilling requirements of internal and external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits. Assist with ad-hoc department needs as they arise.

  • Other duties as assigned.

About You

  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred.

  • Knowledge of Coupa, JD Edwards and SharePoint.

  • Proficient with Excel spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office products.

  • Project cost accounting experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with construction terminology preferred.
