We’re looking for a passionate self-starting Recruiter to grow and diversify our existing high-performing team and participate in the development of hiring processes that will scale as we grow. In this highly dynamic role you’ll be critical in helping us achieve our business goals by hiring key talent into our collaborative and success driven organization. This is a 6-month, part-time contract position with potential to extend based on business need.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagements to hire the best talent for each role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine and create target candidate profile
  • Conduct hiring kickoff calls to generate position requirements, collaborate closely with CEO & hiring team to meet hiring needs/goals and promote/educate team on hiring best practices including diversity & inclusion strategies
  • Manage ongoing pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, interpret data to help influence hiring decisions
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, facilitate hiring debriefs
  • Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, generating offer letters and post hiring activities
  • Differentiate required skills for multiple roles, manage overlapping candidates as appropriate
  • Prioritize positive candidate experience, equity and inclusion throughout the hiring process
  • Establish and standardize hiring processes, make tooling recommendations as needed
  • Partner with CEO and other XFN colleagues to identify, develop and maintain programs and systems that contribute to our strong company culture and employee satisfaction


Requirements:

  • 6+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast moving, dynamic environment
  • 3+ years experience sourcing for positions in legal/intellectual property licensing or technology focused roles
  • 3+ years experience sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates, to include senior level talent
  • Experience in strategic influencing and driving results
  • Demonstrated record of sourcing, creating and engaging in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies
  • Proactive, self-directed, detail oriented with the ability to adapt to change or modify approach
  • Experience working in a start-up in the technology space preferred
  • Prior experience operating in the legal/intellectual property space preferred
