- Performs legal tasks within the specialty area under the direction of supervisor/attorney
- Drafts, reviews, and administers a wide variety of basic and intermediate contracts throughout their life cycle
- Independently handles legal review and approval of Nintendo advertising, marketing materials, promotional materials and other consumer facing communications, including, press releases, online materials, TV ads, print materials, packaging, POP, etc.
- Provides training to Nintendo employees and agency partners on marketing law and ESRB compliance
- Organizes and maintains databases and files in a timely manner for internal communication, tracking and reporting purposes
- Maintains communication with and seeks feedback from internal contacts
- Communicates with Nintendo Company Limited (NCL), outside contacts, including outside counsel, representatives of other companies in the industry, representatives of governmental agencies, and other parties as needed
- Provides regular updates to management, attorneys, and the business about the status of contracts, renewals and related matters, as well as creative review matters
- Proactively plans for, initiates, and manages contract renewals and terminations
- Pursues and maintains most current knowledge of company business and technology
- Assists with the development of reports and presentations about specialty area
- Provides administrative support as needed
- Minimum of three years of related experience
- Knowledge and understanding of issues and procedures associated with specialty area
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Computer word processing, database and spreadsheet skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of Nintendo products preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience

This position includes a base salary range of $70,633 - $105,995 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
