Responsibilities:

  • Providing cradle-to-grave prime contract and subcontract administration primarily under federal government contracts.
  • Ensuring compliance with prime contract terms and conditions.
  • Resolving contract and subcontract issues.
  • Preparing and developing pricing proposals, including profitability analysis.
  • Managing the subcontractor process that shall include reviewing and issuing requests for proposals; reviewing subcontractor proposals and required procurement documents; drafting, issuing, and negotiating subcontracts, task orders, purchase orders and modifications; reviewing, approving, and processing subcontractor invoices.
  • Completing contract and subcontract closeouts.
  • Maintaining organized files and tracking spreadsheets and responding to audit requests.
  • Drafting and negotiating Non-Disclosure and Teaming Agreements and implementing company purchasing system policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate writing & processing of contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
  • Communicate Daily with Site Superintendents and Project Managers.
  • Track Job Progress and Paperwork, status of orders and & client change orders.
  • Manage submittals and project closeouts.
  • Maintain project files and paperwork.
  • Develop & maintain working relationships with Clients, Consultants and other Customers.
  • Organize, Plan & Prioritize Workload.
  • Work Collaboratively with Other Departments.
  • Assists as Needed for Project/Task Completion & Overall Growth of Company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
