Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a Contracts Administrator to join the Patient Billing team at Burien, WA. This position is full-time with a flexible, hybrid schedule. This position is temporary and expected to last approximately 6 months, benefit eligible.

Responsibilities

The Contracts Administrator (“Administrator”) reports to the Director of Payor Contracts. (“Director”). The Administrator’s primary responsibility will be to support NKC’s overall organization and management of its contracts with payors, vendors, suppliers, and other business partners. Under the direction of the Director and in collaboration with business partner users, the incumbent will lead the redesign and redeployment of the organization’s Contract Manager software (CM) in a manner that effectively leverages the software’s functionality and maximizes ease of use for business partners. In addition, the Administrator will help to establish and enforce CM as the official repository for in-force contracts across the organization. To that end, the Administrator will work with business partners across the organization to identify, ensure full execution of, collect, and appropriately file all of the organization’s contracts in accordance with the revised CM organizational structure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in contract review, management, and/or negotiation across a broad spectrum of vendor and payor classes and lines of business
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Preferred

  • Solid understanding of contract management and credentialing, preferably on behalf of specialty provider organizations.
  • General familiarity with Medicare enrollment processes for provider organizations, and related online systems and processes.
  • Strong interest and proficiency in process improvement, leveraging available technology and automation.

Shift
Mon- Fri, Full-time 40 hours, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
