Role and Responsibilities


CAE

At this time, we are seeking a Contract Administrator to join us. As a member of the Revenue Management Team, the Contract Administrator will support our Business Aviation Training growth and to ensure we can capture the value quicker, provide support & structure to Sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • 40% Plan and prepare commercial proposal in collaboration with Sales representative
  • Present to Leaders and highlight risks/opportunities
  • Review and analyze signed contracts
  • Provide recommendations on how to improve profitability/efficiencies 20%
  • Actively participate or lead contract hand over to ensure a flawless execution 30%
  • Monitor contract execution performance, highlight deviations 10%
  • Identify areas of improvement (tool, process)

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 0-2 years of related experience.
  • Masters the use of Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with salesforce.com is a benefit.
  • Have good work ethics, organizational, judgement, and communication skills; is thorough and meticulous, as well as autonomous, diplomatic, customer service oriented, a team player and adapts well to a variety of situations.
  • High levels of focus and attention to detail along with the ability to discover and highlight potential risks/ opportunities
