Summary:
In this role, you will provide customized health care advisory services to hospitals, health systems, and medical groups. You will interact with clients on a regular basis while managing multiple consulting projects. You will develop solution-based product offerings to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple engagements across our Enterprise Strategy and on potentially across other pillars to support and deliver on the Sg2 consulting offerings including, but not limited to: enterprise strategic planning, ambulatory and service line planning, destination care, campus planning, System of Care redesign, medical group growth, physician alignment models and care model deployment.
  • Lead engagement project management activities including timeline/schedule; status updates on project tasks and deliverables; data collection, analysis and modeling; presentation materials, and engagement of team members and clients.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for coordinating client communications.
  • Identify opportunities and experiences on engagements and within the practice to support team members’ learning and development; provides real-time coaching and development to consultants.
  • Stay informed of business and economic developments while understanding the impact these changes have to our clients.
  • Offer insights and perspective that inform innovative solution/recommendations and supports development of new service offerings.
  • Understand service lines across Sg2 to identify potential opportunities to bring value to our clients.
  • Communicate clearly and with impact to proactively manage all stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree preferred. Master's degree in health care, business or related field desired.
  • 7 of more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in a health care business advisory capacity with a health care provider or a consulting firm required.
  • Experience successfully partnering with health care organizations to assess their current state and define future state goals, strategies, and tactical action plans required.
  • Some hospital or health care finance/planning experience preferred.
  • Experience with issues related to health care reform, managed care, physician alignment, physician compensation, clinical integration, etc. preferred.
  • Financial volume and forecast modeling experience preferred.
  • Prior leadership experience and the ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:
$117,600.00 - $175,050.00
