We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Garden Style and Multifamily Construction, with a strong background in Wood Frame construction. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for all projects
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of all construction activities
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues that may impact the schedule
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate schedule risks and ensure project success
• Communicate schedule updates and changes to all stakeholders
• Work closely with the project team to identify opportunities for schedule optimization and process improvement
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Provide regular status reports to management and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a scheduler role, with a strong background in Wood Frame Construction (Multifamily projects preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures
