Job Title: Construction Project Manager with Estimating Experience

Our company is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in estimating to join our team. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates for new construction projects and ensure they are accurate and competitive.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budget, and cash flow projections.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, including contracts, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Manage and oversee the work of all project team members, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain open communication with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members, and address any issues or concerns that arise during the project.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction project management with a focus on estimating.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
• Experience working with project management software, such as Asana, BuilderTrend, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.

Pay: $75,379.00 - $82,872.00 per year
