Job description
Nouria is seeking a Construction Project Manager to manage a very aggressive capital growth program primarily within the retail petroleum/convenience store/car wash industry. The successful candidate must be goal-oriented with a record of successfully managing capital construction programs. The construction team manages major and minor construction projects from the conceptual phase through permitting and construction. Work with internal and external parties to develop work scope, budget, and schedule. Coordinate with outside consultants, contractors, equipment vendors, permitting agencies, and utility companies throughout the duration of the projects.
Project types may include but are not limited to:
- Complete convenience store, car wash and fueling facility construction
- Underground storage tank systems
- Fuel dispenser replacements
- Building renovations
- Site improvements
- Image upgrades
Title: Construction Project Manager

Reports to: VP, Facilities Development & Maintenance
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Candidates must be able to independently carry out the duties and responsibilities listed below at a satisfactory level.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Review and interpret site and building plan sets drafted by architects and engineering consultants
- Work closely with consultants to navigate all local state and federal permitting requirements
- Responsible for meeting established project schedules and budgets
- Procure owner supplied equipment from established vendors
- Responsible for project oversight to ensure contractor work conforms with project plans and specifications.
- Communicate professionally to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the project
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in retail petroleum construction management preferred
- Associate's or bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred
- Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, other project management software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Position will be field based with regularly scheduled days at Worcester, MA office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
