Production manager for construction company with Experience

About us:

We are a busy CGC construction Company servicing homes in Palm beach, Broward and Miami County areas. Our line of work includes, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, room additions and much more.

The available position's duties will consist of getting the production up and running; You will be pulling permits, dispatching subs, answering customers calls and booking appointments, providing customer service, keeping track of our technicians and sub-contractors, dispatching jobs according to its Geography and type of service, completing general administrative duties such as chatting with customer, texting, filing, copying, writing letters, replying to e-mails and sending estimates/proposals to potential customers.

requirements:

You need to have at least proven 5 years’ experience working for a construction company doing similar job.

You need to know the process of pulling permits and calling for inspections.

Able to manage and operate sub-contractors.

Basic experience with quick books.

• Experience in the construction

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

• Flexible schedule and able to work some weekends and after hours

• Available to answer phone after working hours

• Proficient skills operating a computer

• Data entry skills

• Familiar with South Florida.

• Work well under pressure

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bilingual in both English and Spanish is a plus but not mandatory

• Dependable, responsible, punctual, and committed

• Able to answer multiple calls at once
