Title: Construction Project Coordinator- DE1JP00002800

Duration : 12 Months

Location: 1140 WEST 200 SOUTH Salt Lake City UT 84104

Quick description of the role or project story (What this role will be doing):

· Order long-lead materials earlier in the process, at proposal

· Track and communicate lead times on common and upcoming required items

· Maintain log of reservation, requisition, and WBS on projects as the single source of truth for all materials related issues

· Ensure project priorities are correct with weld shop and warehouse Ensure constructability signoff has occurred prior to or at 90%

· Track all ROW needs

· Need by dates, Agent working on, last contact, probability of success, ROW risk, etc.

· Maintain workbook that highlights critical oversights, priorities, risks, and likely upcoming work/jobs regarding ROW

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
