Job description

We are seeking a reliable, hard-working Construction Laborer/Operator to join our growing company. We offer a great work atmosphere, competitive pay, and a generous benefits package.

The Construction Laborer will be part of a crew installing septic systems and performing repairs. Experience with wastewater systems is not required for this position. General construction experience and an ability to operate small machinery (skid steers, mini excavators, etc) are certainly a plus. Most importantly, the candidate should be present, willing to work and willing to learn. Pay is commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• The ability to lift heavy objects
• The ability to follow directions of superiors (lead installers, project managers, president)
• Work well with other team members
• Have a great work ethic

Responsibilities:

Installing Septic Systems, performing sewer repairs and other small septic repairs. Duties include:

• Plumbing inlet and outlet lines
• Reading and understanding blueprints
• Using and laser and transit
• Raking, grading, spreading topsoil
• Repairing septic and sewer piping
• Replacing distribution boxes
• Completing some repairs with a mini excavator
• Safely operating and towing small equipment

Compensation:

• $18-$24 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Health/Dental/Vision Insurance (after 90 days)
• 401(k) (after one full year)

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
