SUMMARY OF POSITION
We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Equipment Operator to become part of our team. The Equipment Operator will be responsible in safely operating various types of heavy construction equipment, such as backhoes, excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, and rollers.
Successful candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in operating heavy equipment, have a strong work ethic and ability to learn.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely operate construction equipment
- Perform duties such as digging footers, trenching and grading as required
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Complete daily job reports as needed
- Perform other related duties as required by Foreman
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience in previous equipment operation is required
- Perform a variety of manual physical tasks for extended periods in all-weather climate
- Ability to work in a small work environment
- Must have strong work ethic
- Experience reading prints is preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Must have valid transportation and ability to work overtime as needed
