What you'll be doing as a Condominium Manager:

● Maintain stellar curb appeal

● Supervise on-site team and any contract vendors

● Create agendas and attend monthly HOA meetings and routine committee meetings

● Know the HOA bylaws and ensure compliance with site rules, bylaws, and governing documents

● Respond to home owner inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly

● Provide documentation of disputes or issues

● Make recommendations for physical repairs, replacements and/or improvements

● Maintain accounting records including payroll and overtime, approving invoices for payment

Are you qualified? (We hope so!)

This position carries supervisory responsibilities.

● College education preferred (Experience will be taken into consideration above education.)

● Prior experience in HOA is highly preferred or Property Management experience managing multiple sites with 300 or more doors

● Skills like critical thinking, conflict resolution, articulate communication (both verbal & written), and accountability are strongly preferred to succeed in this role

● Proficiency in Yardi software

● Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive

● Must have reliable transportation
