Quality Facility Solutions is seeking experienced and professional Concierges in Jenkintown, PA !
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Sign clients and visitors in/out upon arriving and leaving the facility including visitor name, time of arrival/departure and tenants being visited.
- Document the arrival and departure of all mail carriers and hold the deliveries unless advised by management.
- Provide incident reports for any emergencies (medical, building, security) to accurately describe all necessary details.
- Check up on various building equipment and apparatus to see that they are functioning properly.
- Check in inbound packages with the building software systems
- Report any equipment failures, odd sounds, leaks, smells, flooding, light fixture flickering and dimming etc.
- Fully understanding and comprehending emergency procedures with building management, emergency personnel, and tenants.
- Must have 1-2 years experience working in large buildings.
Schedule:
2 shifts offered
Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs
7am-3pm
32 hours weekly
And
Fri, Sat, Sun
4pm to 12am
Compensation will be $15.50 per hour.
