Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Local Client facing Field Technician performs break/swap service to include: Install and troubleshoot HP Win10 Enterprise computers, HP monitors, HP laser printers, Symbol barcode scanners, Dymo and Monarch label printer functions. We do not troubleshoot to component level.
  • Responsible for ordering, inventory and RMA of listed devices.
  • Connect/install/troubleshoot internet sources: Cradlepoint, Nighthawks, Broadband connectivity.
  • Installs proprietary software, schedules onsite installations with Clients, provides face to face and Hosts WebEx trainings.
  • Our clients are Doctors' offices, Hospital Labs, LabCorp Patient Service Centers and some internal support for Operations.
  • Familiar with Active Directory (adding/deleting/moving PC's), LogMeIn Central/Rescue, MS Excel, MS Outlook, WebEx, Teams, Helpdesk ticketing software, PeopleSoft, basic networking skills (LAN's, Routers, patch panels).
  • Proven multitasker, ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
  • Position typically comes with a company car, fuel card, cell phone and laptop.
  • Your office is in Nashville; with some Work-from-Home opportunity.
  • Typically, Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
  • Home every night. Approximate assigned Territory (from Nashville) North to the KY boarder, East to Cookeville and West to McKenzie. Subject to change.
  • Must be results oriented and willing to travel outside your assigned area as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work from a ladder as needed.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • License/Certification/Education: Normally requires an Associates Degree w/1-2 years of experience.
  • Willing to consider verifiable experience in Lieu of Degree.
