Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Job Summary/Description

• This position prepares responses to the PUC informal complaints, develops effective working relationships with PUC investigators, and identifies opportunities to improve compliance results.

Job Duties

• Analyze PUC informal complaints and prepare responses
• Serve as the PUC liaison and ensure systemwide consistency in the application of Chapter 56 regulations and other PUC guidelines
• Build effective working relationships and credibility with PUC investigators who process informal complaints

Position Requirements (Required Skills)

Customer services’ experience -Critical thinking skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Proficient in computer experience including Microsoft word and excel

Effective working relationships with internal and external clients

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Allentown, PA 18101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
