JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage Airport Concessions Disadvantage Business Enterprise (ACDBE) program and Local Disadvantage Business Enterprise (LDBE) program compliance for Dulles International Airport and Reagan National Airport.
• Coordinate outreach for ACDBE merchants, service providers and contractors.
• Manage Street Pricing Program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work directly with General Manager and Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) for ACDBE and LDBE compliance record keeping.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual ACDBE and LDBE status reports.
• Work with the General Manager to coordinate ACDBE and LDBE outreach programs.
• Work with Construction and Specialty Leasing for ACDBE and LDBE compliance.
• Asist merchants, service providers and contractors with securing and maintaining ACDBE and/or LDBE certification.
• Prepare and submit all required Street Pricing Program reports.
• Review and submit all street price changes.
• Monitor all concessionaire menu boards, menus and retail pricing.

SPECIAL SKILLS:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office computer software.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Three years experience in a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
