Our client is well-established, growing and multi-sited business located in the
Bicester area. They have a new permanent requirement in their business for a
Compliance Administrator.
Reporting into the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Call Monitoring
- Feedback of call reviews
- Identifying areas of improvement for call centre staff and scripts
- Deliver training updates on changes in processes or regulatory updates
- Keep compliance spreadsheets up to date
- Refer major compliance breaches to Compliance managers
Candidates that apply must have previous Compliance experience, ideally within
an FCA regulated firm. You should be organised, with good attention to detail, call
monitoring exposure and possess good communication skills.
On offer is a salary of 23-25k (depending on experience), plus benefits as well as
remote working.
