The Atlanta Group is composed of motivated individuals that have joined together in the successful management of 6 Weed Man Lawn Care franchises. In addition to Weed Man, we operate Mosquito Hero and TurfBot franchise locations, continuing our mission of bringing comfort and beauty to residences across the USA.

Our ever-growing organization is looking for driven individuals to join our team and grow with us!

We are currently hiring for a Field Marketing Apprentice. Our Marketing Representatives are the backbone of our growth model. Job duties would be canvassing different neighborhoods and offering homeowners' a free quote for lawn care.

There is no expectation to sell, only to be a phenomenal first impression of Weed Man Lawn Care for homeowners. There is no experience necessary for this position! We train and invest in each, and every one of our employees. We strive to create a fun, competitive, and rewarding work environment. Our Marketers work in teams to cover more territory, in the pursuit of helping homeowners get their golf course-grade, dream lawn!

All of Weed Man’s success wouldn’t be possible without our field marketing teams going out, and being our Customer’s first introduction to Weed Man Lawn Care!

Position Details:

• Door-to-door community outreach, No selling is required!
• Knowledgeable and friendly introduction to Weed Man Lawn Care for Homeowners
• Responsible for generating leads for our Sales team by offering free, no-obligation lawn care quotes to homeowners.

Qualifications:

• Must have strong written and oral communication skills
• FUN, generally happy, and nice- We want a positive environment for all!
