RPh on the Go, is currently seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to provide coverage at a community health center located east of Baton Rouge. Responsibilities:
As a Per Diem Pharmacist, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing pharmaceutical care and dispensing medications to patients at the community health center.
- Ensuring accurate prescription filling and maintaining proper medication records.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapies.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Pharmacist license in the state of Louisiana.
- Previous experience in a retail or outpatient pharmacy setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Rx30 software is an advantage.
